Q: What is the difference between Essential Rewards and Autoship?
A: Essential Rewards is the ultimate rewards program. While the standard Autoship program will continue to earn you rewards points, only members of the new Essential Rewards program can take advantage of the $6.50 flat shipping rate, the “by invitation only” conference calls, and an automatic free training CD in addition to earning rewards credits for each Autoship order.
Q: How do I become a member of the Essential Rewards program?
A: You may become a member by calling DNS or by logging into your Virtual Office and clicking on the “Essential Rewards” icon. (If signing up through DNS, the operator will mail you the Essential Rewards Agreement. When signing up online, the agreement is electronic.)
Q: Is Essential Rewards only for distributors?
A: No, both distributors and Preferred Customers can participate in the program.
Q: Can I change the items on my Essential Rewards Autoship and still receive all of the benefits of the new Essential Rewards Program?
A: Yes, you can change the items up to midnight of the processing day without being penalized.
Q: Can I still make changes to my Essential Rewards Autoship online?
A: Yes, you can make changes to your Autoship online, but in order to cancel your Autoship you will need to contact a live operator in DNS.
Q: Will the new essential rewards program be replacing the standard Autoship program entirely?
A: No, if you’re currently on Autoship, you may remain on Autoship. There is no obligation to become a part of the new Essential Rewards Program, but with all the great benefits of Essential Rewards, why not?
Q: Do I need to have the new rewards agreement submitted before my Autoship will process, or do I get a grace period similar to the 30 day period given to those who need to submit a distributor agreement?
A: If you sign up through a live operator, you will be given a 30 day grace period to have the agreement returned. If you sign up in your Virtual Office, the virtual agreement needs to be completed before you may begin the Essential Rewards set up.
Q: Will members who are currently on the regular Autoship program and want to sign up for Essential Rewards be required to sign and send in an agreement?
A: Yes, each member wishing to participate in this program will need to complete an Essential Rewards Agreement form.
Earning Points
Q: This is my first month with Essential Rewards Autoship. Why do I not have any points?
A: Points are not rewarded until after two consecutive months on Autoship.
Q: What percentage of my Essential Rewards Autoship do I get back in points each month?
A: The first six consecutive months, you receive 10% of each Autoship order. Second six consecutive months, you receive 15% of each Autoship order. Month 13 and beyond, you receive 20% of each Autoship order.
Redeeming Points
Q: If I cancel my Essential Rewards Autoship, do I lose my rewards points?
A: Yes, if one month passes without an Autoship order being processed, all unused rewards points are forfeited. Points are also forfeited if the order is returned or canceled because of a decline in payment.
Q: My Essential Rewards Autoship processed on the 5th and now it’s the 20th. Can I use my points for this month?
A: Points for the current calendar month are not available until the month closes.
Q: When redeeming my points, do I go by the dollar amounts or the PV amounts in the price list?
A: Products redeemed from Essential Rewards credits apply towards the PV value of the individual products. Only full PV products (wholesale and PV are equal) are eligible for purchase using Essential Rewards credits.
Shipping
Q: How many pounds can my order be and still get the $6.50 shipping fee?
A: Up to 7 lbs and then it is $.60 for each additional pound up to 29 pounds and $.40 for each pound thereafter (in the Continental U.S. only).
Q: Am I able to select any shipping method and still be offered the $6.50 flat shipping rate for the first 7 lbs?
A: No, the $6.50 shipping discount is for FedEx Ground shipping only.
Q: Is there any discount for faster shipping methods?
A: No, currently the only discounted shipping is the FedEx Ground method.
Q: Is there a discounted shipping rate for Hawaii and Alaska, where FedEx Ground is not available?
A: Yes, these orders can be shipped FedEx 2Day for $10 for the first 7 lbs and $1 for each additional pound thereafter.
Q: Can I use my Essential Rewards credits to pay for my shipping costs on my rewards orders?
A: No, the shipping cannot be paid for with Essential Rewards credits.
